When asked to draw this family caricature for their wedding, my clients described a scene I interpreted as a metaphor for their growing family. You’ll notice the scene depicts the construction of a high-rise building ( representing the families). All the family members from both the bride’s and groom’s sides are shown on the girders as they raise and lower high over the cityscape (all working to build the family).

Additionally, the caricatures are drawn in humorous poses that suggest their personalities and life interests.
